"This was one of the worst professional experiences we have ever had. Mandeep showed clear disinterest in helping us and appeared to be more aligned with the real estate agent than acting in our best interests as his clients. He made no meaningful effort to assist us in getting our money back, despite knowing how stressful and serious the situation was. When our lawyer contacted him to request important information, he was uncooperative and showed no willingness to work together. When we tried to contact him directly for clarification, he was rude and threatened that if we called him again, he would stop handling our case and we would need to find another conveyancer. This behaviour was completely unprofessional. Our calls were consistently ignored, messages were not returned, and he never took the initiative to update or support us. At a time when we were under extreme stress, he showed zero empathy. Most of his involvement was limited to copying and pasting our emails to the other party, without providing advice, guidance, or advocacy. There was no sense that he was representing us or protecting our interests at all. I would strongly advise others to avoid MKJ Conveyancing and Mandeep if you expect professionalism, communication, or genuine client support."
